0 /90 biaxial 800gsm fiberglass fabric has allowed for faster fabrication of parts with better physical and mechanical properties. Parts made from these reinforcements have led to cost effective solutions for a variety of applications including necellecove, marine, transportation, infrastructure, sports and recreation and aerospace.


The cost effective solution begins with engineering the laminate requirements at the point of fabric manufacture, the strength demands can be engineered right into the reinforcement by considering fiber weight and fiber angle of any given ply.

Stitched fabric is essentially an automated process and highly efficient compared to a shop fabricated laminate using unidirectional or woven fabrics.
It is no any binder, no intersections of weft and warp, no crimp, so characterized by its optimal mechanical performance.

Packing & Storage:
 
Each roll covering by polyethylene plastic bag,then placed into carton,and set on pallet.
Each pallet stack 9 or 16 cartons.The pallet shall no be higher than 2 layers and the cardboard box shall no be higher than 2 layers.
 
Product shall be placed under dryness condition and shall no be open the covering membrane until applying.
