Fiberglass cloth 1581 is in 8 harness satin weave pattern. It can make cloth easier to conform around complex shapes compared with plain weave. It is used where a high glass to resin ratio is required, thus producing a stronger, and lighter composite than is possible with a plain weave. It is commonly used in aerospace and other high end applications. 
Fiberglass fabrics are first quality materials manufactured by UNION and are compatible with both epoxy and polyester resin systems
