Product Description

E Glass Powder 450GSM Fiberglass Mat, the binder including powder or emulsion form, trimmed at the two edges. The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and PU resins, the min width is 50mm, the max width is 3200mm. we produce fiberglass mat with big width and longer length to export Europe.

It is mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding and compression molding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks, boats, complete set of sanitary equipment, automotive parts, cooling towers, pipes etc

Application:
It is uniformly bounded by powder or emulsion binder applying for hand lay-up,RTM continous moulding etc.
Mainly suitable for UP resin,vinyl ester resin,such various sheets and panel,boat hulls,bath tubs,cooling towers,anti-corrosion,vehicles etc.

Properties:
1.Even tickness moderated rigidness.
2.Easy wet out and impregnation.
3.Filament have outstanding anti-wash ability and easy wet out and impregnationg excellent process ability in moulded parts,applying for diversity moulding and processing.
4.Specially in opened moulding and closed moulding.
