The first pic product is 7628 fiberglass cloth, or called Electronic grade glass fiber cloth, is woven by weaving the warp and weft of electronic grade glass fiber yarn on air jet loom according to plain weave.
After desizing treatment, and then the electronic grade glass fiber cloth surface treatment and open fiber treatment, more easy to resin permeation, surface coated with silicon burning type coupling agent, excellent combination with matrix resin.
The printed circuit board has excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance and machining performance. Products are widely used in the field of electronic communication.

The second pic is satin contruction fiberglass cloth 3732, produced of filament fiberglass yarn, smooth surface with flexible handling, available with specialty coating like Acrylic, Aluminium foil, Silicone rubber, PTFE, wire insert and so on.
Application:  heat shields, welding curtains, stress relieving, removable insulation covers, fire curtains, expansion joints and flue ducts.
We also have 3784, 3785, 3788 as well.

 

 

The third pic product is chopped strand mat, powder and emulsion binder mat, narrow width like 15cmto big width width like 3.2m, and area weight from  75/80/100/120/150/180/225/250/300/450/600/900gsm, it is for headliner and FRP products, our customers in the world, good and stable quality. We also have continuous filament mat for pressing process / RTM and pul; trusion process.

Chopped strand mat loading quantity:
In 40HQ: if 300/450gsm, width 1250: 22720kg, and all cartons in pallet, and the customer can unloaded in one time for 2 layers pallet since the same pallet size.

Everymonth we export big quantity csm to different countries, and all cusotmers special requirements will be met like 2 sides untrimeed, or mix container with other materials.

The fourth pic product is fiberglass tissue, we have fiberglass surface tissue for hand lay up and pipe winding, roofing tissue, carpet and wall covering tissue. battery separator tissue

 

This is 0.7mm thickness with 5KPA fiberglass tissue for battery separator.

145mm in width,800m/roll,91640rolls in 40HQ.

Binder content: 19%.
Area Weight: 80-85gsm.

 

The fifth pic product is fiberglass multi-axial combo mat BXM1708.and we also have CM1808, CM2408, XM2408, TVM3408, narrow width like 20cm/31cm available as well, we have many customers who build the boat, yatch to use those materials.
The following pic is CM1808, 14000kg in 20fcl, 2 layers pallet can be unloaded in one time, for truck body and so on.
