Our 0° unidirectional fiberglass fabric is constructed with single end rovings in the 0° or warp direction and a lightweight polyester yarn in the 90° direction. This allows all of the reinforcement weight to be in the 0° direction in this unidirectional fabric. This material is used for reinforcing tanks and pipes in the axial direction when a hoop winding is used. End-user complete compatibility with Polyester, Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, and Polyurethane resin systems.

Application:

Fiberglass knitting fabric is made of fiberglass direct roving parallel aligned in 0°,90°directions then stitch with polyester fiber threads.The both products are extensively used in GRP pultrusion process,hand lay-up process and RTM vacuum infusion and winding process etc.
Suitable for unsaturated polyester resin,vinyl ester resin,epoxy resin and phenolic resin system etc.Main products include GRP boats,automobile parts,wind energy baldes,etc.

Packing & Storage:

Product shall be placed under dryness condition and shall no be open the covering membrane until applying.
