Union-PP-60 is one kind of  Fiberglass Polypropylene twintex woven prepreg(PP), with excellent mechanical properties and fast wet out , no volatile poisonous gas ,easy recycling. It's simple in molding technique , short production cycle,high production efficiency ,and need no extra PP resin added. It can be applied in moulding ,rolling and vacuum assistant resin infusion process(VARI) ,typical use for PP honey comb reinforcement.

The tex of this twintex woven is combined with fiberglass and  Polypropylene, the yarn is with 40% Polypropylene and 60% fiberglass. The high content of fiberglass give the yarn/woven excellent mechanical property. 

As prepreg , it can be directly used to produce the final product ,such as laminated sheet by mouling or rolling.

Packing and Storage

Package: Inner :3.5'' core , roll diameter 260mm-1000mm,wrapped with PE film.
         Outside:Corrugated carton with pallet.

Storage: These material should be stored under dry ,cool place ,avoid direct sunlight .
         Recommend storage condition: temperature 15-35ºC(59-95ºF) , humidity 35%-65%.
